Special conference guest room rates have been negotiated for delegates of the 16th ICCN at the conference venue, the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel.

NOTE: Delegates who have already reserve for a room will automatically be reduced to the new rates

The deadline to book your conference rate accommodation is Wednesday February 10th 2010 (5.00pm CST). Although the 16th ICCN has reserved a block of rooms for conference delegates, the rooms are assigned on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Therefore, we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment. Reservation requests received after Wednesday February 10th 2010 (5.00pm CST) will be accepted subject to availability at the hotel’s published rates.
Should you wish to extend your stay pre- or post-conference, then the conference guest room rates will be offered 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates, subject to availability.
