Payments Information
All payments are accepted online. Credit card payments are preferred. Alternatively, in the online payment area you may provide a Purchase Order, Cheque or Bank Draft number and then mail the corresponding cheque to the ISNCC Secretariat.

Please note:
• Confirmation of registration will be made only when full payment has been received via cheque, bank draft, credit card or wire transfer.
• Cheques or Bank Drafts should be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and addressed to "Malachite Management – ICCN”
• A fee of $20 will be charged for returned cheques (not sufficient funds: NSF).
• Currency exchange or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
• For wire transfers, please include your first and last name, transfer reference number and date of transfer, otherwise payment cannot be processed.
• For wire transfers, charges are applied by both the sending and the receiving banks. Please add US$50 for receiving bank charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing or by email prior to 18 October 2009 will receive a 75% refund, less a $75 administrative charge. Cancellations received in writing or by email after 19 October 2009 will receive a 50% refund, less a $75 administrative charge. Registration fees will not be refunded for any reason after 31 January 2010. Substitutions are accepted in writing or by email only.
