PAYMENT INFORMATION

All payments are accepted online. Credit card payments are preferred. Alternatively, a Purchase Order, Cheque or Bank Draft number, can be provided in the online payment area and then mail the corresponding to the ISNCC Head Office.

Please note:

  • Confirmation of registration will be made only when full payment has been received via cheque, credit card or wire transfer.
  • Cheques or Bank Drafts should be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and addressed to "Malachite Management – ICCN”
  • A fee of $20 will be charged for returned cheques (not sufficient funds: NSF).

Currency exchange or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant.

For wire transfers, please include your first and last name, transfer reference number and date of transfer, otherwise payment cannot be processed.
For wire transfers, please note that additional charges will be applied by both the sending and the receiving banks. Please contact the ISNCC Head Office for further instructions.

The total amount due can be remitted by credit card or personal/company check. Make all checks payable to the "Malachite Management - ICCN".

Please note that non-members can join ISNCC (waived for individuals from low resources country and $20USD per term for individuals from high resource countries) to take advantage of the member rates for the 17th ICCN. To apply for membership, complete and submit an ISNCC Individual Nurse Membership Application Form or register for membership online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $75 administrative will be applied to any cancellations before August 15th, 2012. Registration fees will not be refunded for any reason after August 15, 2012. Substitutions are accepted.  Please send written notice of substitution in writing or by email by August 30th, 2012 to ISNCC Head Office at info@isncc.org.
