Eastern Europe Helping Smokers Quit - Czech and Polish Resources

ISNCC and nurse leaders from Czech Republic and Poland have developed online learning modules to educate nurses in how to help patients quit smoking.  The idea behind these "train the trainer" programs is if each nurse can help at least one smoker quit each year, the numbers would be phenomenal.  Click on the link below to view the modules and resources now.

Tobacco Cessation Leadership Workshop for Czech Nurses in Prague, Czech Republic 2012 - Modules

A Tobacco Cessation Leadership Workshop for Czech Nurses was conducted in September 2012 at Hilton Prague Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic, where e-learning modules were created to train nurses in how to help people stop smoking.  These modules were produced in partnership with eCancer, are accredited by EONS and easily accessible online.



Quarterly newsletters about the progress and recent updates on this project are published online since beginning 2015.
