Visa and Travel Requirements to Canada
All international delegates should confirm current visa requirements to enter Canada with the nearest consulate in your own country prior to departure. Please note that delegates are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and ensuring they meet the travel requirements to enter Canadian borders. ISNCC will not be held responsible for delegates that do not confirm their visa requirements or obtain the appropriate paperwork to travel to the ICCN 2015. Below is some information you may wish to reference:
It is highly recommended that delegates apply early for a visa to enter Canada to allow enough time for processing and arranging travel.
Should an invitation letter be required as part of a visa application, please click here to complete the Visa Letter Request Form. Please note that you will be asked for your Registration ID number on the request form, which can be found in the email notification you will receive after successfully registering for the conference.
For security purposes, invitation letters will only be issued to delegates who have successfully registered for the ICCN 2015. Invitation letters will only be issued for the delegate registered for the meeting, and will not be issued for guests.
Please note that obtaining an invitation letter from ISNCC does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved. The letter is merely a supplementary document to explain a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel to Canada.
